Hot Tub Delivery & Installation Guide

Whether you’re purchasing one of our stunning new hot tubs or buying elsewhere, it’s important to understand the delivery and installation process before placing your order.

At EDS Tranquillity Collection, we offer two convenient delivery options:

1. Delivery & Positioning – We’ll deliver your hot tub and position it exactly where you want it.

2. Full Installation Service – If your electrical connections are already in place, our team can complete your installation and have your hot tub ready to use the very same day.

When you purchase from us, our dedicated team will guide you through every step — from selecting the perfect model to ensuring it can be safely delivered and installed in your garden.

Do I Need a Crane for My Hot Tub Delivery?

In some cases, a crane may be required to lift your hot tub into position — particularly if it needs to be moved over a house, garage, fence, or wall.

We operate our own HIAB crane, capable of lifting up to 7 metres, ideal for clearing fences, walls, and hedges.

If your hot tub needs to go over a house, a full-size crane will likely be required.

Crane hire costs typically range from £400–£700, depending on your location, access, and other site-specific factors.

If you’re unsure whether a crane is needed, simply email us with details of your property and if possible, include a Google Maps screenshot so our team can assess access and advise you accordingly.
