H2O Spa Limited Warranty

This Limited Warranty is provided by H2O Spa to you, the original purchaser of the portable spa. The information below explains the steps to take if an issue arises, the extent of your warranty coverage, and other important terms and conditions. Please review this document carefully.

Warranty Coverage

5-Year Spa Shell Structure Warranty
The spa shell structure is warranted against water loss caused by defects in materials or workmanship for five (5) years from the original date of delivery.

1-Year Spa Shell Surface Warranty
The acrylic spa shell surface is warranted against cracking, blistering, or delamination resulting from defects in materials or workmanship for one (1) year from the original date of delivery. Surface checking is not covered.

1-Year Spa Plumbing Warranty
Spa plumbing, including fittings and related components, is warranted against leaks due to defects in materials or workmanship for one (1) year from the original date of delivery.

1-Year Standard Spa Equipment Warranty
Electronic control systems, jet pump(s), circulation pump, and heater are warranted against failure due to defects in materials or workmanship for two (2) years from the original date of delivery.

1-Year Ozone Generator Warranty
The ozone generator is warranted against failure caused by defects in materials or workmanship for one (1) year from the original date of delivery.

1-Year Audio and Video System Warranty
Factory-installed audio and video components (including power supply, stereo topside, IR sensor, cables, and wiring) are warranted against defects in materials or workmanship for one (1) year from the original date of delivery.

1-Year LED Lighting Warranty
Factory-installed LEDs are warranted against failure due to defects in materials or workmanship for one (1) year from the original date of delivery.

1-Year Jet Warranty
Jets are covered against manufacturing defects for one (1) year from the original date of delivery. This warranty does not cover jet failure resulting from improper maintenance or poor water chemistry.

Warranty Limitations

This warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Improper installation

  • Alteration or modification without prior written authorization (including component, plumbing, or electrical changes)

  • Accidents or acts of God

  • Misuse, abuse, or neglect

  • Commercial or industrial use

  • Use of accessories not approved by H2O Spa

  • Failure to follow the Manufacturer’s Pre-Delivery Instructions or Owner’s Manual

  • Any repairs or installations performed by individuals other than authorized H2O Spa representatives

Disclaimers

Except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law (including, without limitation, liability for death or personal injury) or under laws relating to the protection of personal information, H2O Spa shall not be liable for any losses that:

  1. Were not reasonably foreseeable at the time of purchase;

  2. Constitute business or commercial losses; or

  3. Would not ordinarily be considered losses suffered by a consumer.

Our Obligation to You

H2O Spa will repair any defects in your spa that are covered under this warranty, unless we determine—acting reasonably—that the terms of the warranty have not been followed. Except as otherwise specified in this warranty, you will not be charged for parts or labour required to repair a covered defect.

Please note that travel or service call charges (milage is chargeable at 0.40 pence per mile from NG6 8YP), and such charges are not included in or covered by this warranty.  If it is deemed the damage was caused due to poor maintenance then a £99 call out fee will be charged.
