This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to purchases made from EDS Tranquillity Collection, a trading name of EDS Retail Ltd (Company No. 16634806), registered in England and Wales.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only (Excluding Northern Ireland).

Shipping Costs

Free UK delivery on all orders

There are no hidden delivery fees

All prices include applicable UK taxes. Customers will not be required to pay additional import duties or customs fees.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.

Orders placed before 12:00 PM (midday) are usually processed the same business day

Orders placed after this time are processed the next business day

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on the type of product ordered and stock availability.

In-stock products

Hot tubs, swim spas & saunas (in stock): Estimated delivery 5–12 business days depending on installation availability at the time of ordering.

Accessories & smaller items:
Estimated delivery 3–6 business days.

Factory / made-to-order products

Some products are manufactured to order:

Estimated manufacturing lead time 8–12 weeks
(This is a production time, not courier transit time)

Once manufacturing is complete, we will contact you to arrange delivery.

Dispatch & Tracking

Products are shipped from UK-based warehouses or directly from our approved suppliers depending on availability.

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order has been shipped

Tracking details will be provided where available

Large items may be delivered by specialist couriers and arranged directly with you

For large or specialist deliveries, our team will liaise with the courier or supplier to arrange a suitable delivery date directly with the customer. 

Out-of-Stock Items

If an item is not currently in stock:

We will contact you with a specific estimated dispatch date

You may choose to cancel the order for a full refund if the estimated dispatch date is not suitable

Delivery Access & Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to:

Ensure suitable access for delivery of large items

Confirm delivery arrangements when contacted by the courier

If delivery fails due to access issues, re-delivery charges may apply. You will be informed in advance if this is the case.

We will always keep you informed if there are any changes to your delivery timeline.

Address Changes

Shipping address changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order.  Once an order has been dispatched, address changes cannot be guaranteed.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are processed for shipment. Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of placing the order.

Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled prior to delivery. Once delivered, customers retain the right to cancel their order within 14 days in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
