In order to maintain warranty, you have to have spa serviced by an approved dealer every 12 months (every 6 months for commercial use). 

Returns

Returns can be accepted up to 14 days after delivery given the product is defective.  We advise on the day of arrival for you to check your item (s) for any defects or after installation (if required).
